HOW TO LINK YOUR GANG SHEET FROM CANVA
Log into Canva and load the gang sheet you created. Once the gang sheet is loaded and any corrections have been made, follow the steps below to share the image with our design team.
FROM YOUR COMPUTER:
Click the SHARE button located in the top-right corner of the page.
Under the COLLABORATION LINK option, select ANYONE WITH THE LINK from the dropdown menu.
Select CAN EDIT from the next dropdown menu.
Click on the COPY LINK button.
Paste (CTRL+V) the link into the box above that says "Copy/Paste Your Canva Link Here."
FROM THE MOBILE APP:
Click the SHARE icon located in the top-right corner of the page. The icon has a small half-box with an arrow pointing up inside.
Once the options load, click on SHARE LINK.
Under the COLLABORATION LINK option, select ANYONE WITH THE LINK from the dropdown menu.
Select CAN EDIT from the next dropdown menu.
Click on the COPY LINK button.
If another screen appears offering the option to text, message, etc the link to someone, exit out by clicking on the small X at the top of that popup.
Paste (CTRL+V) the link into the box below that says "Copy/Paste Canva Link Here."
(Important Note: Canva only allows a length of 80" per gang sheet. If you intend on ordering a gang sheet larger than 80" in length, you will need to create multiple sheets in order to equal the total length. For example, if you would like to order a 22" x 160" gang sheet, you would need to create a total of 2 gang sheets at 80" each.)
