Shipping Policy
Here is how production timing, addresses, tracking, and carrier delivery work for Magnolia Transfers orders.

Where We Ship
Magnolia Transfers currently ships only to United States addresses. A complete United States delivery address is required at checkout.
Production Turnaround
Production turnaround is generally 1-3 business days for print-ready orders. The turnaround period begins after payment and any required artwork approval.
Orders paid and artwork-approved by 8:00 PM Central generally enter that evening’s production workflow. Orders needing artwork corrections or customer approval enter the next available production cycle after approval. Larger, complex, or specially arranged orders may require additional time if disclosed with the order.
Carrier Transit Time
Production turnaround and carrier transit time are separate. Delivery estimates shown by a carrier begin after the carrier receives the package and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless a specific guaranteed service is stated.
Shipping Addresses and Changes
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Cancellation, order-change, and address-change requests must be emailed to support@magnoliatransfers.com within one hour of order placement and must include the order number.
After one hour, we cannot guarantee or accept an address change. Magnolia Transfers is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, except where the law requires otherwise.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be provided through the order account, order-tracking page, or shipment email. Carrier scans can take time to appear after pickup. Once shipped, the carrier’s tracking information is the best source for current movement and estimated delivery.
Delays
Weather, carrier interruptions, address problems, and other events outside normal control can delay transit. If Magnolia Transfers cannot ship within a promised timeframe, we will provide the legally required delay notice and the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund when required.
Delivery Problems and Claims
Damage, defect, missing-item, or incorrect-item claims must be submitted within three business days of delivery. Please follow the photo and packaging requirements in our Returns, Cancellations & Damage Claims Policy.
