Terms of Service

These terms explain what customers can expect when using our website and placing an order with Magnolia Transfers.

Using Our Website

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked below. If you have a question before ordering, please email support@magnoliatransfers.com.

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account, submitting artwork, or placing an order. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity completed through your account.

Orders, Prices, and Payment

Product availability, prices, promotions, and specifications may change. An order is accepted when payment is successfully completed and Magnolia Transfers confirms the order. We may contact you if an order contains an obvious pricing error, incomplete information, unavailable products, or artwork that cannot be produced as submitted.

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are shown during checkout. Payment information is handled through our payment provider; Magnolia Transfers does not store complete payment-card numbers.

Production and Artwork Approval

Production turnaround is generally 1-3 business days for print-ready orders. Turnaround begins after payment and any required artwork approval. Orders paid and artwork-approved by 8:00 PM Central generally enter that evening’s production workflow. Orders needing corrections or approval enter the next available production cycle after approval.

Carrier transit time is separate from production turnaround. Please review our Shipping Policy for more detail.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

When you upload or link artwork, you represent that you own it or have permission to use, reproduce, and print it. You remain responsible for the content you submit. Magnolia Transfers may reject artwork that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.

Minor screen-to-print color variation is not automatically a defect. Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork, dimensions, spelling, and placement before approval.

Application and Product Use

Customers are responsible for following the application instructions for the product purchased and verifying time, temperature, pressure, placement, and substrate compatibility. Results can vary based on equipment, materials, and application technique.

Cancellations, Changes, and Final Sales

Cancellation or change requests must be emailed within one hour of order placement.

Email support@magnoliatransfers.com and include your order number. After one hour, an order cannot be canceled or changed. This includes shipping-address changes.

All sales are final, and Magnolia Transfers does not accept returns or exchanges, including for ready-to-ship products. This does not limit our responsibility for approved damaged, defective, missing-item, or incorrect-item claims, or any refund required by law. Shipping and Delays

Magnolia Transfers currently ships only to United States addresses. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. A shipping label being created does not mean the carrier has possession of the package.

If we cannot ship within a promised timeframe, we will provide any notice and choices required by law, which may include accepting the delay or canceling for a prompt refund.

Website Availability

We work to keep product information and the website accurate and available, but temporary errors, maintenance, or interruptions may occur. We may correct errors and update website content without changing rights that cannot legally be waived.

Governing Law and Legal Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Mississippi, USA, without limiting protections that apply to you under other controlling consumer laws.

Legal-rights savings clause: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or replaces rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
