Returns, Cancellations & Damage Claims

Our products are final sale, while approved damage, defect, missing-item, and incorrect-item claims remain fully supported.

Magnolia Transfers does not accept returns or exchanges on any product, including ready-to-ship products.

All sales are final. This final-sale rule does not remove Magnolia Transfers’ responsibility for approved damaged, defective, missing-item, or incorrect-item claims, and it does not limit refunds or remedies required by law.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Cancellation or change requests are accepted only within one hour of order placement. Email support@magnoliatransfers.com within that one-hour window and include your order number.

After one hour, orders cannot be canceled or changed. This includes product, artwork, quantity, and shipping-address changes.

Damage, Defect, Missing-Item, and Incorrect-Item Claims

Submit a claim within three business days of delivery by emailing support@magnoliatransfers.com. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and all of the following photographs:

  • The entire shipping package.
  • The affected products.
  • The shipping label with the address and tracking details visible.

Please retain the products and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Missing photographs or discarded packaging may prevent us from fully reviewing the claim.

How Approved Claims Are Resolved

After reviewing the information, Magnolia Transfers may resolve an approved discretionary claim with a replacement, a refund to the original payment method, or store credit. The appropriate resolution depends on the circumstances and applicable law.

When a refund is legally required, it will be issued to the original payment method. Store credit will not be forced in place of a legally required refund.

Do Not Mail Products Back

No standard return is required or accepted as part of the normal claims process. Do not mail products to Magnolia Transfers unless we provide written instructions for your specific claim.

Color and Application Results

Minor screen-to-print color variation is not automatically a defect. Customers are responsible for following the application instructions and verifying time, temperature, pressure, placement, and substrate compatibility. Damage caused by incorrect application or incompatible materials is not a product defect, subject to rights provided by law.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. Magnolia Transfers will provide refunds, replacements, notices, or other remedies when required by applicable law.
